I was a social work case manager for more than 10 years. In my experience people fell through the cracks when they couldn't get the additional support and help they needed to just get to their appointments at the courthouse, the BMV, or the filling out their Medicaid forms. I cannot imagine a more fulfilling career than being the support system that many people need to rise out of poverty and move forward. This is why I started Neighborhood Allies.
